What to Check Before You Share a Fitness Referral Link

• Your own eligibility. Peloton limits referring to active All-Access and Rental members. App-only, paused, and same-household memberships do not qualify.
• The referral cap. Peloton allows 4 per calendar year as of January 1, 2026, which caps the program at roughly $200 of membership value. ClassPass sets no limit.
• Payout timing. Credits and free months usually post after the friend's first paid billing cycle, not at sign-up.
• What the friend has to do. Peloton needs an equipment purchase, which is a large decision and a slow conversion. A ClassPass membership sign-up is a much shorter path.
• Regional coverage. Studio inventory and credit values differ by city, so a reward that works for a friend in one metro may be thin in another.
